Community Service
Our team is committed to working together to make a difference in the communities where we live and work.
As part of EMC Corporation, the RSA Archer team strives to take an active role in our local communities. Our employees are encouraged to join EMC Community Involvement Committees, which improve health and human services, support the arts, and respond to disaster relief efforts. For details on EMC’s commitment to citizenship and social investment, visit the EMC web site.
Community Involvement and Employee Volunteerism
Throughout the year, we partner with nonprofit organizations to improve the standard of living for members of the Kansas City community, including:
YouthFriends
The RSA Archer team believes that technology can help people and improve our communities. With that in mind, we have gifted our product to YouthFriends, a nonprofit mentoring organization that inspires youth and engages the adult community to help young people succeed. Using the RSA Archer eGRC Platform, YouthFriends is able to manage their mentoring and volunteer programs from a central, web-enabled solution.
Habitat for Humanity
We have been privileged to work with Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization committed to providing people with safe, decent and affordable shelter. Habitat has built more than 225,000 houses around the world, helping more than one million people. The RSA Archer team has worked side by side with Habitat volunteers and future homeowners to install roofing materials, hang siding, and seal windows, seams and doors from the elements.

Ronald McDonald House
The RSA Archer team is honored to volunteer for Ronald McDonald House Charities, an organization dedicated to helping families in need by providing affordable housing while their children are hospitalized. By partnering with the staff of the Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City, our employees have the opportunity to serve meals for resident families and assist with other household chores.

Ravonics Revolution
The RSA Archer team supports the Ravonics Revolution, a project designed to increase student awareness and interest in engineering. We have joined industry and entrepreneurial leaders across Kansas and Missouri, including the Ewing Kauffman Foundation, Kansas Technology Enterprise Corporation (KTEC), US Central and DST to support the students of Ravonics Revolution.

Kansas City Corporate Challenge
The RSA Archer team has a strong presence in the annual Kansas City Corporate Challenge, which benefits various charities, including the Arthritis Foundation and Special Olympics. The Mission of the Kansas City Corporate Challenge is to promote health, wellness and camaraderie through events that challenge participants’ bodies and minds.
